Are LE Bonding & Finishing Products HEMA Free?

Yes! Like all Light Elegance gels, our Bonding and Finishing products are 100% HEMA Monomer Free for safer salon services.

Why is Light Elegance HEMA Free? While many brands use it for adhesion and lowering costs, we avoid it along with HEA and IBOA to drastically lower the risk of allergies. Small molecular sized monomers like HEMA are known to penetrate the skin more easily and therefore cause irritation and often lead to nail allergies. Our state-of-the-art formulations high in premium oligomers help to avoid potential nail allergies.

What are the different types of bonding agents Light Elegance offers?

LE offers a variety of bonding products to suit every client's needs and every type of enhancement service.

Tack is a UV/LED-cured, acid-free bonding agent with a sticky residue that creates a strong foundation for all nail enhancements. Most versatile!

Vitaprime is an acid-based primer infused with Vitamin E, ideal for clients prone to lifting.

Airbond is an air-dried bonding agent that cures with moisture in the air and preps the nail for gel or acrylic.

Powerbond is a dual-purpose, acid-free product that acts as both a strong bonding agent and base gel. Great for fast pedicures!

P+ QDbase is specifically formulated for the P+ Gel Polish system, it offers excellent adhesion and quick, 7-10 minute soak-off removal in pure acetone.

What are the different types of finishing products Light Elegance offers?

LE offers a variety of finishing products to suit every client's needs and every type of enhancement service.

Super Shiny is a non-yellowing, UV/LED-cured gel used as a top coat for fingernail enhancements that cures to an extremely high shine.

Flat Matte can be used over any hard gel or acrylic to deliver the perfect matte finish

P+ No Wipe Top Coat is a tack-free, UV/LED cured gel used as a top coat that cures to a high shine for the perfect finished appearance with no cleansing needed. Can be used over gel polish, hard gel or acrylic

P+ Top Coat is a high-shine soak-off top coat perfect for finishing your P+ Gel Polish services.

P+ Flat Matte can be used over P+ Gel Polish manicures to deliver the perfect matte finish

What’s the best bonding agent to start with?

Tack is our most versatile and popular bonding agent because it is incredibly helpful at increasing adhesion for a variety of nail types and services.

Tack can be used on the natural nail, existing enhancements and even plastic/gel tips!

Tack can be used for both soak-off or hard gel services. Remember that if used for a soak-off service, it will increase soak-off time.
