LE 310 :: Pasadena, CA :: May 1, 2017
LE 310: Mastering the Almond Shape course is an elective class that is designed to be approachable and useful for LE newbies as well as seasoned LE users that have already completed other LEU courses but would like to further their knowledge and skillset. You will leave the LE 310: Mastering the Almond Shape course with all the tools required to expertly extend an almond nail, shape it, decorate it beautifully and have it last for weeks.
This course is an all-day class that includes 8 hours of instruction not including the lunch period. Lunch may or may not be provided depending on the location of the class and rules of the venue.
The morning four hours will be a combination of introduction and demonstration. The LEU Educator will introduce you to gels that are extremely helpful in extending your almond nail and giving it strength in all the right places while saving time doing so.
Extending and shaping the almond will be demonstrated using both forms and tips, and the LEU Educator will expertly instruct you on the little things that separate a good almond nail from a truly great one. Finally, the demonstration nails will be decorated with both classic and trendy designs to appeal to all of your clients.
The afternoon portion of the classic will be entirely hands-on, and you will work to replicate the nails demonstrated in the morning while adding your own personal flair. Troubleshooting and one-on-one help will be provided by the LEU Educator, and Light Elegance will provide all of the products you will need to work with including a product kit that you get to take home with you. You will be required to bring a curing lamp, desk lamp and extension cord. Additional details will be provided to you upon class signup.
For students pursuing the LEU Bachelor’s Degree, LE 310 counts as one elective 300-level course credit and can be taken in place of the LE 301 course.
