Sugar Rush and White Poppy Paint

Step-By-Step

  1. Cleanse, prep and apply Airbond, Tack or Powerbond depending on your client's nail type and cure for 2 minutes in UV light or for 30 seconds in LED light. Then, apply one coat of Pink 1-Step Lexy Line UV/LED Gel keeping it thin at the free edge and cuticle. Cure for 2 minutes in UV light or for 30 seconds in LED light.

  2. Apply a thin layer of White Poppy paint to pinky, index and thumb nails. Be sure to use pressure, pulling the Poppy paint out Thin over the length of the nails.

  3. Apply a thin coat of Sugar Rush color gel to the ring and middle, feature nails. Cure in UV light for 2 minutes in UV light or for 30 seconds in LED light.

  4. Using a dry brush, dust the White poppy paint nails with some Violet Shimmer Pretties. Flash cure for 10 seconds. Then, apply Cool Gel Lexy Line on all nails for better strength and nicer shape. Cure for 2 minutes in UV light or for 30 seconds in LED light.

  5. On the Feature nails, Apply a small amount of gem gel, along the pattern where the crystals will be applied. Pick up Crystal with tool, using a Shader 10/0 Art brush, apply a small dab of gem gel on to the back of Each of the crystals as they are placed. Place crystals as shown in the picture.

  6. Once each crystal is placed, using a light “dabbing” motion, apply a small amount of gem gel around each crystal, pulling a tiny bit just up onto the very edge of the crystal, creating a “Gel Prong” to secure the crystal to the nail.  Be Very Careful Not to cover the crystal with gel, as it will lose its brilliance. Once they are perfectly positioned, cure for 2 minutes in UV light or for 30 seconds in LED light.

  7. Using a dry brush, dust the Sugar Rush, feature nails with Gold Sparkle Pretties, just up to the Crystals. Also dust the Gold Sparkle Pretties in to the inhibition later of the White Poppy nails. Flash cure 10 seconds.

  8. Apply Super Shiny, cure for 2 minutes in UV light or for 1 minute in LED Light and cleanse the nails with LE Cleanser and Cleansing Wipes.
