Ordering Policy:
All orders that are placed with McConnell Labs / Light Elegance that are in regions where we have distributors may be transferred to the distributor in that area.  We have a policy with our distributors that all orders in their region will be routed through their order desk.

Shipping Policy:
All orders must be placed by 1:00 Pacific Time in order to be shipped that same day.  All COD orders will require a person to receive the order and supply a valid check for payment.  Rapid delivery is available such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air.  3 Day guaranteed shipments may or may not be shipped via air service based upon your location.

Special note:All orders with Cleanser will be shipped Ground UPS with no added charges.  If orders containing Cleanser need to go UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day, an additional charge will be passed on to the nail technician to cover the UPS ORM-D shipping charge.

Return/Refund Policy:
All products are guaranteed to perform as specified in our quality control procedures.  We will accept returns within 30 days of the order date with a receipt for products thathave not been used.  The consumer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We require that the consumer call us in advance prior to any returns in order to obtain return instructions.
