At Light Elegance, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you is the very minimum needed to process your orders and to provide you with a more personalized, quick, and convenient shopping experience. Ordering Policy:
All orders that are placed with Light Elegance that are in regions where we have distributors may be transferred to the distributor in that area.  We have a policy with our distributors that all orders in their region will be routed through their order desk.

Shipping Policy:
All orders must be placed by 1:00 Pacific Time in order to be shipped that same day.  All COD orders will require a person to receive the order and supply a valid check for payment.  Rapid delivery is available such as UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air.  3 Day guaranteed shipments may or may not be shipped via air service based upon your location.

Special note: All orders with Cleanser will be shipped Ground UPS with no added charges.  If orders containing Cleanser need to go UPS 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day, an additional charge will be passed on to the nail technician to cover the UPS ORM-D shipping charge.

Return/Refund Policy:
All products are guaranteed to perform as specified in our quality control procedures.  We will accept returns within 30 days of the order date with a receipt for products that have not been used.  The consumer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We require that the consumer call us in advance prior to any returns in order to obtain return instructions.

What kinds of information do we collect and how do we use it?:
To process your product purchase and to notify you of your order status, we need to know your name, e-mail address, salon adress, billing address, credit card number, security code and expiration date. We make every effort to save you time and make your shopping experience more convenient. We are also constantly seeking to improve the layout and operation of LightElegance.com based on the areas people visit, enjoy, and use most. We may occasionally wish to notify you about important changes to LightElegance.com, new services, and special offers we think you might find valuable.

How does Light Elegance protect the information we collect?:
When you place orders, the information is sent via a secure connection which protects all the information you send to us so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Once your information arrives safely at LightElegance.com, it is carefully stored and protected against unauthorized access.

What about “cookies”?:
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer. We do not use “cookies” at LightElegance.com to help increase your privacy while on line.

Does Light Elegance share the information it collects with others?:
Lightelegance.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to outside parties.We have no intention of ever sharing your personal information with anyone other than ourselves.  Your personal information is your own and you make a decision to share it with us when you  order products from us. We will inform you if we do share your personal information with a third party prior to releasing that information.  The only circumstance that your information would be shared is if we were to be purchased as a company by a third party.  Under this circumstance, your information would be part of that transaction.
